Address Plaque with spring flowers design

Our customer requested a 14.5 inch by 10 inch oval with lots of spring flowers hand painted in the centre. Rosemary Hitchman created this lovely collection of tulips, bluebells, daffodills, primroses, viola and forget-me-nots nicely ballanced within the confines of the text .
