House Sign with Crab Apple Blossom. Our customer had an old crab apple tree in their property which is one of the oldest in their home state. He sent us a picture of the blossom as a guide and our artist Doreen Blaxland created this lovely pictorial of the deep pink blossom.

House Name Plaque with Hummingbirds Design. Our customer who lives in the USA requested a house sign painted with green hummingbirds as he frequently gets them in his back yard. Must be nice to see these delicate birds flying arround the neighbourhood - all I get in my back garden is Jackdaws!

House Sign with Magnolia Blooms. Our customer asked for a house number and name plaque with three magnolia blooms hand painted in the center. We have a magnolia tree in our own garden with exactly this type of blossom. The tree looks magnificent in early spring when all the blossom appears but alas they tend to fall off the tree with a brisk wind, so the tree looks quite bare after a few days.

House Sign with rambling blackberry motif. our customer asked for blackberries in various stages of ripeness including blossom meandering around the house number and along the top of the house name. The font chosen was Old English. painted by house sign artist Alison Adami. How do you paint blackberries so they can be seen on a black background house plaque? - Paint them in front of the green leaves!

American Eagle House Sign. Our customer previously ordered two housesigns with a similar theme - they are to be located on two brick pillars, one each side of their long driveway. One of these signs was an american eagle landing with the sun setting behind it and one was an american eagle soaring high in the sky over a marshy landscape. The customer loved the signs we made, but they did not match side by side on the pillars because the sunset scene made the one pictorial seem much darker than the other. So our customer ordered another one to match the daytime marshland scene. The house sign depicting the eagle landing with the sunset will be relocated on their house next to the front door!
