Our customer asked us to create this 14.5 inch by 10 inch oval house sign with a hand painted pictorial of a 'Jinty' type steam locomotive in blue. We looked on Google images and found an image that our artist could use as a guide to hand paint this house plaque.
Our customer from Belgium sent us an image of her cat called Pixie. The customer requested that we paint a good likeness portrait of the cat lying in grass with trees in the background . the sign should have a house number 5 and pixie dust arching in along the top . We were also asked to paint a toy mouse positioned in front of the cat.
Our customer asked us to create a house sign depicting two magpies on a grassy area. We have made many similar magpie themed house plaques over past years - all with the house name 'The Magpies' and usually with two birds as this signifies 'Joy' in the well known Rhyme

Our customer saw a sign we made previously depicting a barn owl perched on a fence post with a full moon in the background and asked us to hand paint the same bird and a similar moon lit landscape. The house sign he referred to was sowing at the following link:
Our customer asked us to create an oval house sign depicting the windmill near her home. We fond an image of the windmill on google images and our artist used the image as a guide to hand paint this pictorial on the plaque
